OUTDOOR RENOVATION
Estancia's landscape committee has contracted with Oak Design Group to design the new landscaping for our community. In our first phase we will be replacing the landscaping around the front entrance. The front entrance rendering is intended to provide us with a visual concept of how our new landscaping will enhance the public's view of our community. As this is an initial rendering, it is not to an exact scale and the landscape committee may make necessary changes as the process evolves. A note of explanation on renders - at the beginning of the landscape design process, we had intended to have several renderings of the entrance. Once we added the other 9 community spaces to the design phase, it became too time consuming and too costly to include multiple design renders for each area. As such, the landscape committee has worked with Oak Design Group to decide what elements would work best and through that process we have come up with the front entrance design concept that we are asking you to look at and give us your thoughts. Please review the rendering and provide us with your feedback in the comment box below. Comments will be accepted for 7 days following the issuance of this emailed information.
Please also peruse the design ideas for the islands within Estancia. The variation of design elements from one island to the next are intentional, as the designer wants to give us the option of seeing several different design concepts. At this time we are concentrating on our main entrance, but we will be working on the other sections in the near future.
