What to Expect From Our Design Process
Project Inception
Our On-Site Consultation
Upon requesting a consultation, a member of our team will meet with you on-site to gather information and learn about your needs. We'll take pictures of the property exterior so we can produce our renderings, as well as provide some quick sketches of what designs are being considered. Property survey data, site plans, or blueprints should be on hand. The more information you can provide us during this process, the better.
Schematic Design

Design is a vital stage in every project. Once we've sent you a rough sketch of what we'd like to incorporate into your design and have determined the scope of work, we'll begin rendering your dream outdoor paradise. Plant species have a myriad of factors that influence how they'll grow in different conditions. Our Design Team has decades of expertise in horticulture and will use the conditions specific to your project to select the best collection of flora for sustained beauty. Outdoor kitchens, water features, and hardscapes are all designed to blend aesthetically with the natural landscape.
Design Presentation and Proposal
A Shared Dream Brought to Life
Once our Design Team has finished rendering your project, we'll meet with you to present our creative vision. Each design we install is intentionally and thoughtfully designed to match the specific needs of every individual client. Along with a 3D video presentation, you will be given a portfolio with renders of the finalized design, general build schematics, and an installation quote. Want to make changes? All of our designs come with 4 free revision rounds. We want you to be happy with your final design!
Contract Signing and Installation Timeline
Artistry Planned Out
Once you are pleased with the design, a contract can be drawn up for the build. Since there's no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” project, the timeline of the project will vary depending on the size of the project. You will be given a timeline of installation and kept in the loop as we progress.
Want to install it yourself or install it in phases? We can provide you with enlarged printouts of your general build schematics and material lists.
Project Installation
Overseeing Perfection
Your designer oversees the entire installation process to ensure your build is as beautiful as the original design. Throughout this process, you will be given constant updates on the progress of your project. We pledge integrity at every step and will be forthright about any hiccups that occur. All of our work is backed by a 1-year labor warranty.
Final Walkthrough
Your Paradise Awaits
Once your new landscape has been completed, a walkthrough will be scheduled to make sure your project is how you envisioned it.
